Sponsor Program:
We meet on the third Tuesday of the month (September through May) at 6 p.m. in the Plantation House here in Hilton Head Plantation. We average about 90 – 100 people at each meeting. If you would like to consider becoming a sponsor of our Club, here is some detail on the two sponsor levels and what we provide:
Gold Sponsor:
• $250 sponsorship fee
• Exclusive sponsor for one meeting
• 20 minute presentation at 6:30 p.m. to members (approximately 100 attendees)
o Club provides podium, microphone, screen
o Signage and free literature are encouraged
o Door prizes are encouraged
• Logo and name mentioned on our email blast for the specific evening (approximately 300 members)
• Name mentioned in Newcomers Club article in Plantation Living (approximately 4,000 residents)
• Logo and contact information on Newcomers Club website with link to sponsor’s site
Bronze Sponsor:
• $100 sponsorship fee
• Shared sponsor for one evening (total of 3 non-competitive sponsors) from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. during the socializing of approximately 100 attendees
o Club provides card table and chair(s) on stage at Spring Lake Pavilion
o Signage and free literature are encouraged
o Door prizes are encouraged
• President will introduce sponsors at the start of the meeting including name, company name, and service provided
o Drawing of door prizes at this time (if applicable)
• Logo and name mentioned on our email blast for the specific evening (approximately 300 members)
• Name mentioned in Newcomers Club article in Plantation Living (approximately 4,000 residents)
• Logo and contact information on Newcomers Club website with link to sponsor’s site
